Shipping Costs

Delivery When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● Sweden: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
From Mariestad, located in Sweden.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Currently all orders are sent as Post. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@artforanimals.se

REFUND POLICY

What’s your return policy?

Art for animals return period is 14 days.

Art for Animals shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service. You are oblige to pay for the return delivery of the product.


In your message to us you must clearly state that you regret your purchase. The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased the full, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product -or a product with a significant personal customization, the return period is counted from the day Art for Animals have informed you about the product.

When returning a product/service:

You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered.

You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@cocktailored.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Hur lång tid tar det till dess att jag får min beställning? 

Vi strävar alltid efter att skicka alla beställningar samma dag eller nästkommande arbetsdag. Alla ordrar skickas idag som brev. Beställningar inom Sverige och EU tar mellan 2-5 arbetsdagar. Övriga världen är pga. Covid-19 svår att svara på.

 
Vad händer om varan är trasig eller att jag inte är nöjd? 

Art for Animals ska, om det är under vår returpolicy, återbetala det du har betalat för produkten och / eller tjänsten så snart som möjligt, men senast inom 30 dagar efter att produkten har returnerats eller du informerar oss om att vi vill returnera en tjänst. Vi återbetalar priset på varan när den kommer åter till oss. Om det inte var något fel på varan betalar du själv returfrakten.  

I ditt meddelande till oss måste du tydligt ange att du ångrar ditt köp. Om varan skadats i frakten skickar vi en ny kostnadsfritt efter att du skickat foto på skadan. Är varan i gott skick kan du returnera den inom 14 arbetsdagar. Återlämningsperioden räknas från den dag du fick den köpta hela eller en betydande del av produkten. Om du har köpt en specialbeställd produkt eller en produkt med en betydande personlig anpassning räknas returperioden från den dag Art for Animals informerade dig om produkten.
