Podenco Andaluz

The Podenco is an ancient spanish hunting dog. Their origins may date as far back as ancient Egyptian times. They are generally used for hunting rabbits and boar, although the larger dogs are also used in wild fowling. Podencos are also sometimes referred to as Warren Hounds. The name Podenco means 'Hound' in Spanish. 

He is known for being loyal to its family, and gentle in nature. They are celebrated for their intellect and can learn new tasks quickly.
